This book will feature signature dishes from hotels and chefs all over the country. There will also be a little bit about the hotel and area the hotel is situated in It will be in full colour and will be a very nice little gift to various clients of each hotel that is featured in the book. It can also be sold at reception to individual tourists who might like a reminder of their stay in the hotel or who might want to travel on to a different hotel and try a different signature dish.

The recipes will include herbs…drinks…starters, mains and deserts…and will be a novel way of ….SELLING YOUR HOTEL…to overseas clients.

To you the operator, it is also a very nice inclusion…in your packages and programmes for 2009 and you will find that many of your clients will specifically ask for another copy to ..give to a friend…

If they go well and the book is a success we will then print it also in French and German.
