Golf Tour Ireland Ireland is a wonderful place to play golf with over 300 golf courses on the island. Visitors normally arrive to sample Irelands great links courses but an abundance of world class parkland golf is also available. We can arrange for your group to either play the top courses in Ireland or some of the many delightful but perhaps not as challenging or well-known courses also.

We can arrange to have our resident golf expert Ray Dunne to assist you or play with you on any of the courses for an extra fee.

Briefly however we have divided Ireland into different regions and if you decide on any one of these regions to base your group in just email us back and we will arrange your trip. Accommodation throughout is provided in either three star quality family run hotels or 4 and 5 star de lux manor houses and hotels, whichever your choice is.

Southwest golf region

One of the most popular destinations with Ballybunion, Waterville, Old Head in Kinsale and wonderful scenery thrown in.

Western region golf courses

Golfing in Ireland Lahinch, Doonbeg are already well known but there are some other wonderful courses such as Connemara, Enniscrone and of course Carne, all testing courses and with wonderful local members to share a pint with after your game.

Northern golf region

The high concentration of links courses in Ireland is on the north coast and of course there is world famous Royal Portrush in this region a must for the dedicated golfer.

Eastern golf region

Can any other capital city boast the number of quality golf courses around Dublin and county Wicklow as we can...you have a choice of Portmarnock, Portmarnock links, Royal Dublin, the Island, the European and of course Baltray. If you move into county Wicklow aptly named the Garden of Ireland you have a choice of Druids Glen, Druids Heath, the European, Powerscourt and Rathsallagh.

South-eastern golf region

Golfing Tours Known as the sunny south-east, this is Rays's personal favourite area, and little more than two hours from Dublin...some courses not to miss are the fine links at Rosslare, Tramore and the beautiful Mount Juliet.

Finally if you want to go on what we call the pros tour, you can base yourself in Dublin and visit Portmarnock, the K Club, Baltray, Druids Glen, Cartont House Mount Juliet and St. Margarets, all have hosted either the Irish or European open or other major touraments in the past.
